New Bassett Customers: Please fill in the fields and upload your driver's license and cosmetology license to the image field below, to apply for a Bassett Online Account. If our team does not receive these licenses, it will delay account approval.

Resale Accounts: If your account should be setup as RESALE we must receive a copy of your Resale Certificate at the time your apply for your Bassett Account. You can attach a copy of your Resale Certificate in the image field below. If we do not receive your Resale Certificate, we will have to charge sales tax and are unable to process any refunds for sales tax once it is charged.
