Order Status

All orders placed by 2 pm Pacific Time will ship out the same day (in-stock items - excluding weekends and holidays). Allow 1 - 3 days transit time based on location. Shipping times for special orders, equipment, furniture and drop ship items will vary.

All Bassett orders are expedited to get them to you as quickly as possible, we are unable to make changes to any online orders once they are placed.

We strive for 100% accuracy and satisfaction with all shipments. If your order is not accurate, we will make it right.

Claims for missing, incorrect or damaged items must be received within 72 hours from receipt of order with invoice number and customer number. Our manufacturers work hard to ensure product availability, but from time to time a product may be temporarily backordered. Our system can automatically notify you via email when an item is out of stock, just click on ‘Notify When Available’ to sign up for inventory updates.


My Account

Our online ordering system and publications are for Registered Professionals only. You must be a licensed Salon Professional currently working in a salon to be approved for an account (resorts, hotels, clubs, spas and professional salons). All approvals are processed during our normal business hours, so please keep that in mind if registering after hours or on weekends/holidays. To create your account, click here and submit your registration details. Do not forget to attach your supporting documentation (license & ID).

We will ask for resale status and your sales tax identification number, which we will verify and keep on file, in some states you are required to complete a resale certificate by law. If you do not have a resale card on file sales tax will be charged without exception. In states where Bassett has a presence, applicable sales taxes will be charged unless a copy of your Sales Tax Resale Certificate is on file. Customers must acknowledge which items are for resale (nontaxable) at the time the order is placed. No refunds on sales tax will be honored once charged and order has shipped.

As of January 1, 2024 - we offer a $15.50 flat rate shipping on all orders within our distribution area in the Western US, excluding Montana and Hawaii (C.O.D. is no longer available, we apologize for any inconvenience). Orders shipped outside of our distribution area may be subject to additional shipping charges. If you are a Bassett EDGE Member, please select that shipping option when you are checking out (must add $199.00 to your cart to qualify). All AQUA Hair orders and orders over $1,500 ship for free. Items determined to be hazardous by the Department of Transportation include: nail acrylics, removers, glue, gels, developers, aerosols and products containing alcohol. Orders need to be packed before actual charges can be determined. We cannot ship hazardous materials via AIR. Please contact us at 877-277-9288 with any questions regarding shipping.

All refused or returned packages are subject to a $25 fee with the exception of packages delivered via common carrier (truck/freight) in which actual freight charges are applicable.

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover & Amex) in our online system. Second & third-party credit cards are not accepted. Special orders must be prepaid. We do not accept prepaid or reloadable credit cards.

We do not ship internationally. Our distribution territory currently covers the Western United States. Brand availability varies by state. Please review our Brand Portfolio.


Pricing and Billing

We do our very best to be sure our website information is accurate. In the event that a Bassett Salon Solutions product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Bassett Salon Solutions reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Bassett Salon Solutions reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Bassett Salon Solutions shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Prices are subject to change without notice. All promotions are available while supplies last. Bassett Salon Solutions reserves the right to modify, alter or cancel promotions at any time without notice. Pictures are for illustration purposes only and may not reflect actual product.

Bassett Salon Solutions sells professional salon products for resale by licensed professionals working within the salon industry. Salons may resell products purchased from Bassett in a store front, on their website and via salon/stylist social media platforms. For example, Instagram or Facebook.

At no time shall salons or stylists sell any product provided by Bassett via a third-party seller such as AMAZON, EBAY, Walmart or any other associated affiliate of a third party. Doing so will result in an immediate suspension of their Bassett account and salon/stylist will no longer be able to purchase until all third-party advertising is corrected and removed.
