All Edge membership payments will be paid in one lump sum.

Is the Edge membership fee for each individual stylist or per salon?

Each stylist will need their own membership, as well as the salon.

How do I sign up?

When will my account be activated?

Please allow 4-5 business days for activation. Edge Memberships are valid for 12 months from activation date.

How do I get my free shipping on orders over $199 online?

Once your membership is activated, you will be eligible for free shipping on all orders over $199. Simply select the Edge Shipping option when you are checking out, and your shipping charge will be automatically adjusted.

How will I get my discount on O2 & Sutra Tools?

Once your membership is activated, the discount will automatically be applied to your O2 & Sutra purchases.

Do I have a member ID number?

Our helpful Customer Service Team will have an ID number on your account, so they will know that you are a member.

Education discount excludes Financial Fitness with Stephen Gomez and other brand sponsored education events like Davines WWHT.

• EMPLOYEE BASED SALONS
• - 20% discount applies to salon owner and all employees
• - Salon owner must pay for education

• HYBRID SALONS
• - 20% discount applies to owner and employees only
• - Salon owner must pay for education

• RENTER SALONS
• - 20% discount applies only to stylists that have purchased an Edge membership on their personal Bassett account

• NON-STYLIST OWNER SALONS
• - 20% discount applies to employees only
• - Salon owner must pay for education

• MULTIPLE OWNER SALONS
• - It depends on how salon handles their accounting. If owners are employees of salon and salon purchases tickets, 20% discount can apply to all owners. If the owners have their own Bassett accounts and act as renters, then discount will not apply.
