What information do we collect?

Do we use "cookies"?

Bassett Salon Solutions utilizes phone/texting systems for communicating with our customers. When you register for a Bassett account and share your mobile number, you opt in to receive pertinent text messages regarding your account and orders.

We respect your privacy. We will only use information you provide to transmit your mobile messages and respond to you, if necessary. This includes sharing information with our program partners, message content providers, phone companies, and vendors who assist us in the delivery of mobile messages. EXCEPT AS SET FORTH IN THIS SECTION, WE DO NOT SELL, RENT, LOAN, TRADE, LEASE OR OTHERWISE TRANSFER FOR PROFIT ANY PHONE NUMBERS OR CUSTOMER INFORMATION COLLECTED THROUGH PROGRAMS TO ANY THIRD PARTY.

You agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text (e.g., SMS and MMS) messages from Bassett Salon Solutions, including text messages that may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up or any other number that you designate. All the different types of messages you may receive (whether recurring marketing messages, on-demand reply messages, or otherwise) shall be known collectively as the "Programs." Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Msg & Data rates may apply.

Message frequency will vary. Bassett Salon Solutions reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time, so as to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages. Bassett Salon Solutions also reserves the right to change the short code or phone number from which messages are sent.

Not all mobile devices or handsets may be supported and our messages may not be deliverable in all areas. Bassett Salon Solutions , its service providers and the mobile carriers supported by the program are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Text Message Cancellation
If you do not wish to continue participating in our text messaging or no longer agree to these Terms, you agree to text the applicable Short Code (or regular long code phone number where applicable) or directly reply to any mobile message received from a Program with STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT in order to opt out of that Program at any time. You may receive an additional mobile message confirming your decision to opt out. You understand and agree that the foregoing options are the only reasonable and exclusive methods of opting out. You also understand and agree that any other method of opting out, including, but not limited to, texting words or phrases other than those set forth above or verbally requesting Bassett Salon Solutions to remove you from our list, is not a reasonable means of opting out. You may be subscribed to multiple Programs across different Short Codes or regular long code phone numbers, and therefore you must separately text or reply STOP to each Short Code or long code phone number from which you wish to unsubscribe. BY OPTING IN TO OR PARTICIPATING IN ANY OF THE PROGRAMS, YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, YOUR AGREEMENT TO RESOLVE ANY DISPUTES THROUGH BINDING, INDIVIDUAL-ONLY ARBITRATION WITH JURY TRIAL AND CLASS ACTION WAIVERS, AS DETAILED IN THE "DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION AGREEMENT" SECTION, BELOW (THE "AGREEMENT").

Do we disclose the information we collect to outside parties?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information unless we provide you with advance notice, except as described below. The term "outside parties" does not include Bassett Salon Solutions. It also does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety.

How can you opt-out, remove or modify information you have provided to us?

To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the "My Account" section. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production.

To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.

In an attempt to provide you with increased value, we may include third party links on our site. These linked sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites.
